Tiina Malinen

Tiina’s quest for wellbeing started in 2015. The hectic life of an entrepreneur combined with studies pushed her close to her limits and forced her to stop. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery.

On this journey, Tiina found meditation and Buddhist teachings about the true nature of our minds. Tiina experienced her first awakening in the beginning of 2017 and has since experienced several further awakenings. As she woke up to her true being, she became certified as a meditation and relaxation teacher.

Master Mindfulness turned out to have the exact tools Tiina wanted for efficient practice of the mind. She wants to help other people also find permanent satisfaction in themselves.
